Agartana Orchard is a Sustainable Agarwood Orchard in Malaysia, located in Bukit Selambau, Kedah. It is the first Private Legacy Agarwood Estate of its kind in Malaysia and abroad, where every agarwood tree is assigned a unique identification number and preserved as a living asset that can be passed down through generations.
Spanning 26 acres, Agartana Orchard combines eco-friendly cultivation, sustainable agarwood farming, and technology-driven estate management. The orchard is progressively developing into a complete agarwood ecosystem, featuring future plans for a research centre, wellness-therapy facilities, and educational initiatives that support the long-term value of agarwood.
Agartana has also established an Education Fund, dedicating 3% of each tree sold to scholarships and research. In collaboration with UTAR Hospital Traditional and Complementary Medicine Centre, the initiative supports studies in aromatherapy and complementary medicine, further highlighting the health, wellness, and cultural value of agarwood.
Agarwood is not only valued for its wide range of applications, but also respected for its cultural and spiritual significance. At Agartana, planting an agarwood tree means owning a precious natural asset while gifting a meaningful cultural legacy that can be passed on to future generations.
